A light slippery snow made the roads pretty tough. Here a car spins out going down Riverside Drive.

A couple minutes later salt and plows. The plows seem to be going by pretty regularly.

1. The mayor is in town so he will make sure the plows are out - salt or no salt
2. We have had a lot of notice
3. The temperatures will stay high enough for salt to work
4. The mayor has used up all of his excuses so he needs to deliver again like he did on Sunday.

Long term I think sidewalk plows would help a lot, but short term, the only practical way to clear snow is resident by resident.
