State University. On what was a cold rainy afternoon, thousands stood in the cold steady
drizzle eagerly waiting for the President to come and address the crowd. With a majority
of the crowd showing up at 11 am, the wait to 2:30 pm in the rain was nothing short of
miserable. But I did not see anyone leaving, and everyone seemed to really enjoy the afternoon
as they left the stadium.

Clevelanders came dressed to celebrate.

A lot of cold wet people.

Lakewoodites working the event. Debra O'Bryan, Tyler Wick, Nadhal Eadeh, Jim O'Bryan

Maurice Horsey, Lakewood ex-Director of the YMCA with Campy Russell from the Cleveland Cavaliers.

People used anything to get out of the rain.

Lakewood Director of Public Works, Joe Beno with his daughter. Joe held her for nearly
four hours in the rain, high above the crowd for her to see the President. Talk about the
love of a father for his daughter.

Tatiana Nicole Brown was chosen to introduce the President. As it was cold and wet, the
President had lent her his coat.

So when the POTUS came out, it was time to give it back.

That's Debra Sweeney second in from the left in the top row!

Grabbing the audience as the rain continued down.

Four hours later, Joe still holding his daughter high!

Then after 45 minutes he was gone...

Another great speech.
