This morning there was an interesting discussion on the current plan to develop the Oakwood County Club in Cleveland Heights and South Euclid. It is this reason my of the ideas behind the VAL do not hit the "open market." We live in a
desperate county, in a desperate sate, in an ever increasing desperate country. Even with
the cloak of regionalism, we will all need to watch the other as they will take what they
think is good.
