What are the profits?

How much cash will Carnegie Development be investing in the project?

Debunkification

You may be curious as to why I am taking so much time to debunkify the One Lakewood Place FAQ document.

The answer is simple.

I am tired of being continually lied to by local elected and appointed officials in city government.

Now back to more debunkification:

Excellent work.

The City spreadsheet ignores:

the $7 million + in demolition costs

and the ongoing charges to the City for the Clinics 'administrative costs"

Is anyone on Council demanding that the LHA and Clinic account for the depletion of the Hospital's cash and investment account?

City Council should not give this land away. The Mayor and his supporters promised that the City would be receiving $24 million in cash by 2018. It is 2018. Where is the money?

No traffic study ever done.

They’ll get to it at some point. Just an afterthought.

I recall the exact same issue with the West End. They claimed they had a study and a plan for the traffic so I went to city hall to get it and guess what?

There wasn’t one!

Just more talk and excuses with nothing behind it.
