However, the proposed solution that we are reading about is not an unreasonable approach and is probably within the bandwidth of workable options generally.
And, I would say it is a good start. Many times government has to intervene in the market. Got to address the problem and try some solutions. Remember when we took back the glass, half gallon jugs of milk to Lawson's for a new jug of milk?
