Here in an entry that comes from the cit of Lakewood's log of public records requests and responses:
Request From "Angela Lavin Wegman Law 3/3/16"
Requesting "Police report regarding Rick Uldricks and post cards mailed by him"
Response by Butler: 3/3/16 emailed scanned redacted report by J. Petrus
Same day service from the Law Director to a law firm politically aligned with Butler who is on the Host Committee for Chairman Carson's and Summers' Rebranded Lkwd Voters for Progress PAC.
Angela Lavin is an attorney with Carson's law firm--- Wegman Hessler Vandergurg Law and representd Build Lakewood's Uldricks who was under police investigation for postcards he sent to citizens that City Hall Yousefi said were "meant to intimidate" citizens.
I've waited over120 days for a responses and in some cases over year to get public records from Butler.
So on the one hand I asked for public records that could shed light on one of the most important public issues facing Lakewood in decades.
On the other hand, Jay Carson's crony asked for records concerning self-interested political hacks planning a politically motivated frivolous lawsuit.
And Butler, using his official public office, responds to the Carson crony requests on the same day prior to responding to numerous requests related to the public interest that had been outstanding for months.
Is our public servant working for the people of Lakewood?
Or is he working against the people of Lakewood and on behalf of the dark money Insiders harassing Lakewood citizens and an important Lakewood businessman and newspaper business?
Did Butler Use His Public Office to Favor PAC Chairman Carson's Law Firm Over Political Opponents?

This is interesting for SO many reasons.
I won't elaborate, but it seems mighty peculiar how quickly they can respond to SOME requests, but not others. And, this one from a political supporter/buddy.
It sure makes you wonder what's going on at City Hall.

You can file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office for the State of Ohio. Maybe then you would not have to wait so long. Since it appears that Summer's has a lot of politicians in his extended company, hopefully he has not infiltrated the AG's office yet!
