Gilbert Publishing - Bar? Coffee Shop?
Rumors in the office today are that the Gilbert Publishing building was purchased by the same people that own McCarthy's Ale House?
That means?
FWIW

Joe I also heard teardown.Joe Ott wrote:Rumor I heard last week is this is true. To add to the rumor I heard the new owners plan to tear down the building to build a new one for a coffee shop type place. Also, rumor has it the print shop might be moving to the Lake Erie Screw building. I forget what else...

parking
Since the rumor has it that the owners of McCarthy's Ale House bought the place, I sincerely hope the plan doesn't include buying and demolishing the first two houses on Summit to make a parking lot. That'd really suck for whoever lives in the third house.
