Post by Valerie Molinski »

Lost dog in the area of Lake and Whippoorwill. English setter, male, 1.5 years old. Got out of his gated yard at approximately 6pm. Answers to the name 'Quincy.'

Has two collars on, shamrock one as in pic, and a red collar. He is chipped. If seen, please PM me or call 409-0605 or 407-6650.

Glad the dog has been found.

Oddly, I got a phone call this morning from a customer (She lives in North Olmsted and works in Euclid.) asking me to keep a lookout for this dog. Reminded me of the old coconut wireless, jungle drum, semaphore flag, morse code, or smoke signal networks. (Were those social networks?)

"D.....O.....G......G.....O.....N.....E"

or even,

"Sarah, ring me up Andy down at the courthouse. Clara's pooch has done run off, and Ernest T. is throwing rocks again."

My small list of Facebook friends probably couldn't have helped. I'm sure the LO Observation Deck is a bit faster.

I'll call Euclid, and have them call off the search. Hopefully they can notify North Olmsted.

Steve,

First, please stop poking me on Facebook.

Second, didn't you have a dog named, Dooley?
