A "School Board Reelection" Response

Matt Markling's, Linda Beebe's & John Kamkutis' seats are up for election in November 2011 for four year terms beginning in 2012.

Betsy Shaughnessy's & Ed Favre's seats are up for election in November 2014 [sic] for four year terms beginning in January 2015 [sic].

Has anyone heard if Linda Beebe will run for re-election? John Kamkutis?

I am running for reelection.

I believe that John is running for reelection.

It is unclear whether Linda will run for reelection. Her last public statement on the issue was published in The Lakewood Observer in January of 2008 as follows:

Charlie, Thank you for posting and getting the correct information out here. I informed the LCS of the errors in their BOE brochure and was told they will correct it on their end to avoid anymore confusion.

Based on Mr. Favre's recent "Reinvestment in Lakewood" letter, I wonder if he has his sites on a different office. Either way I am reassured that he recognizes the taxpayers as the largest employer in Lakewood.
