SEC OF HUD house?

I see that a house down the street (1324 Gladys) now lists SEC OF HUD as the owner and I noticed a crew over there yesterday cleaning up just about everything not bolted down and throwing it into several vans. I know there have been foreclosures around, but I haven't seen this before. Anyone know what that means? What would they end up doing with the property?
