Observers Invited

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

All Observers and Others

I just got an email from long time Lakewood Observer advertiser
The West End that new TVs and special have been put into play.

According to Parnell, there is no better way to "Observer" OSU and NFL than
at The West End.

The West End Tavern has announced it will be televising all NFL games this
season in hi-def large screen as well as all major college football games
through Direct TV, effective immediately. Don't miss Ohio State vs So Cal
Saturday at 8:00pm and the Browns this Sunday at 1:00pm. Food and drink
specials, naturally!

 yep---- GLOBALISTICAL --West End, along with Around The Corner, and so many others are really kickin' it.

Maybe you should try the Mar's Bar new patio, or across the street, the Beer Engine is upgrading their patio as we speak!

I am curious about the new Mars Bar food options. Have you eaten there?

I thought I had moved it.

Though...

I once met some friends from Cleveland Heights there.

As for the fine establishments you all mention, I will stick to those that have helped
get both of your fine words on politics, the greening of Lakewood, and just the
community out to the masses as place I go.

peace

Heather-- A friend and I had lunch there a few weeks ago. The lunch menu features Greek sandwiches which are real tasty and a good value.
I think many of Lakewood's bars are each trying to offer something slightly unique and a step above the ordinary while still being affordable.
