The Maersk Alabama was not hijacked by Iraqi Doctors looking to provide healthcare to the crew. Richard Phillips was not rescued from a hospital.

So far none of the Somali pirates who had hijacked six other ships that week have been reported to been healthcare providers, fishermen, or Jehovah's Witnesses.
