Best Super Bowl Halftime Show Ever!

Sure wasn't this year. I like Bruce and all, I remember his first album when I was in high school back in 1973, and saw him here in town way back.

Best halftime show (at least in the last few years) would be Prince. He may be a smidgen of a man but Purple Rain is one of the top ten songs in rock history. I was in Bullock's house two years ago during his halftime show and was blown away.

Prince and his lawyers take down almost every version of Purple Rain but here's one you might enjoy.

Prince's halftime show was very good.

My favorite halftime show was ZZ Top.

I'd like to see Bob Seger play a halftime show before he starts collecting social security.

Bruce's show isn't well suited to a 12 minute venue. He should have downsized the horns and let Nils amp up his guitar. Nils might currently be in a wheel chair. I did not notice him.

I too, think that Prince had a great show, but I also enjoyed Paul McCartney's show tremendously.

For me it was Tom Petty. Then again I am a huge Tom Petty fan but I thought that was the best halftime show.
