Can Lakewood Schools Challenge State Enrollment Estimates?

The State of Ohio is insisting that Lakewood close an elementary school. The State is applying that pressure by refusing to fully fund the Lakewood School construction program. The State is basing their decision on their estimates of future “declining enrollmentâ€
