In recent days Dick Cheney admits that he and GWB knew all about water boarding and approved it, and what was going on in all of the prisons in Iraq.
In Geneva, and the UN and hopefully in LaHague, that is still a documented war crime.
As Constitutional Scholar put it last night, "You can not just believe they are like Darth Vader and can do anything. If you support their actions you are complicit in the war crimes."
