Glad that guy was arrested, but I will note one difference. This was a guy was obviously was angry but he wasn't at a rally listening to McCain be called a terrorist and "not one of us" having his anger stoked, that is the main difference. There are always going to be bad apples but when one candidate intentionally enrages them that is wrong. Only one campaign is doing that.
