Story
If you go back to my posts about the Iraq war, I said that civil war will haunt people long after peace is announced and things are settled.
I wasn't joking!
If only I could translate the things that are said in music in the Balkan countries now (general music types). I think dl would ban me from the Deck for life. If you think Hip Hop and Rap are bad here, those are lullabies for babies in the region.
I've never heard any songs from this guy and I'm not looking to hear any, but from a brief google search on him I've learned that he sings about setting serbian cities ablaze and defending his city against serbs by destroying them with a "Thompson" gun. That's how he got his stage name...Thompson.
Another example is that his shows are usually attended by nationalist Croatians that wear uniforms, t-shirts and hats from their fighting days in the war. They play nationalistic hymns to get the crowd going before the concert.
This concert is scheduled to happen at the Croatian YOUTH Center here in Cleveland.
I stay away from anything from the Balkan area now. I don't read the news, I don't look at websites, I don't watch the tv shows. It's all propaganda. They're all slanted and hateful teachings for the youth to absorb.

yay
In Canada they have a soccer league where the teams are made up to represent different ethnicities.
sometimes at Serb-Croat matches they have to make it so the audience is either all serb or all croat, to avoid audience violence.
