The Ohio Election Comm. issued a letter, on Monday, October 29th, that with the following findings: The Commission found probabe c ause in the charges, against Ed Fitzgerald, Candidcate for Mayor, for failing to provide a proper disclaimer and probable cause of the statements -
- 33% tax increase
- $1.5 million budget deficit
- and the budget mistake.
These findings will be heard on November 5th.
I find it interesting that the person with the "law enforcement" background has broken the law!
This is shameful.
