811 for utilities

Evidently there's a new nation-wide hotline, 811, that we're supposed to call before we dig. Utility companies will come out, free of charge, to mark underground infrastructure.

We found out, while working on a little pathway, that our water main was a LOT closer to the surface than we would have believed. We should have called 811!
