Need for gluten free recipes

Greetings Chef,

I was recently diagnosed with celiac diease and am no longer able to eat any food containing gluten -- wheat, barley, rye. It has been quite a change. I have found some good resources on the web but am always looking for more.

Can you suggest a few main dish recipes (non-red meat)?

She has vegetarian menus, Kosher menus, Low Carb, Cost savings and now Glutten free which she states is ideal for people with Celiac disease.
