Changes on the front end and member center.

Post by Dan Ott »

I've made some changes to both the front end of the website and the Member Center.
1 - Restaurant Reviews: you can now view submitted restaurant reviews, and search for a restaurant. We don't have a lot of reviews yet, but we're getting more every day. Have you been out to eat lately? Follow the link below and submit your review!

2 - Member center: a retooling of the look and feel of the member center, to make it easier and more pleasant to work with.

I need your help!
If you ever run into problems, errors, bugs, whathaveyou in the member center, please please please report it. I will keep an eye on this thread for a while, but you can also always use the "Report Bug" link in the help section. It's a big project, but your assistance in tracking down bugs makes everyone's life easier(:

Dan,
The Member Center looks great; much easier on the eyes.
One quick thing I noticed is that I'm not able to determine WHEN someone posted a new article in Saved for Editing?
4:40 am indeed - get some sleep!

Hedi, could you ask Dan for a mass uploader for image uploads? Instead of one at a time? :)

Got it. I'd been meaning to fix that for a while, it was just a time zone thing (our server is out in california)

I've tossed around ideas for a mass uploader for a while, and i think the only feasible solution for this would be a locally installed uploader, and right now we just don't have the resources for this. If anyone out there thinks they can help out with this, let me know, but for now, people are kind of stuck doing it one at a time...sorry(;
