Someone once said, "Most countries have a bureaucracy. In France a bureaucracy has a country."
Since the bureaucracy and its allies in Lakewood are pushing the 3% solution I think it is clear that we can say of Lakewood:
Most cities have a bureaucracy. In Lakewood a bureaucracy has a City.
Move to Lakewood!! It's Just Like France!!
