Citywide Bike Parking Discussion Thread

At the April 24th meeting, I discussed several possible short-term bike parking options for Lakewood, including meter post conversion on Detroit and Madison, "roller" racks at the larger destinations, "valet" parking at Lakewood events, and bike "lockers". The meter conversion option may be time-sensitive because the meter conversion project is underway. If we are to utilize the abandoned meter posts, we need to start moving. And Lakewood would probably benefit from a reasonably comprehensive bike parking study. Dominick indicated that federal money might be available to help fund citywide bike parking, via NOACA I believe.
