County Property Appraisal Adjustments Coming Out

If you questioned your 2006 county property appraisal last August, you should be getting a letter soon regarding the adjusted value.

As Jim noted at the time, most people will get a lower appraisal if they asked and had reasonable proof that the value was set too high.

My appraisal was adjusted to what I thought was a fair value. Anyone else get their letter yet?
