Does size matter?
Obviously political parties think it does - Clifton Blvd. has several hideously large signs for political candidates. Is there no limit??

Signs have gone nuts in this city everywhere.
Brake for Children signs(12 one house, 42 on one small street), political signs, the ones you mention and the ones on public property like freeway ramps which are illegal.

Some cities limit the size of political signs....but they have also gotten into legal issues on freedom of speech grounds (DAMN those attorneys! not to mention that evil ACLU)
I would be happy if the billboard sized yard signs were simply to dissappear at midnight November 7th, but without question, some will become a part of yard Christmas decorations.
