Stop out to Lakewood Park this coming Sunday for a 5K run/walk to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Race will start at 9 am, cost is $30 and includes a fine looking race shirt. Trophies will be awarded in 7 age categories from 14 and under to 60 and over. This event is co-sponsored by the Lakewood Jaycees and the Lakewood YMCA.
