One Car Accident Closes Detroit Ave Near Bunts

This morning shortly after 9:30am, a woman lost control of her car and hit a telephone pole at Detroit Ave. and Parkhaven Row.

The impact broke the pole which means even though Police and Fire were there right away, it could be closed for awhile.

The woman who appeared to be alright, was convinced to go to the hospital to be checked out.

No, and there were no signs of injuries.

But the Medics thought it might be best to be checked out.
