Is The New Strain Here In Cleveland?

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

This is something I have been asked a couple times, and the truthful answer I do not know. To my knowledge, Ohio and Lakewood has not been doing the genetic testing needed to find out. But let's think about this for a second. It has emerged in England, South Africa, New York City, Florida, California, and Colorado. Well speaking strictly for myself I can account for 17 Lakewoodites that have been to all of those destinations with the exception of South Africa since Thanksgiving.

A comment from infectious disease expert really hit home. "I hope it has been here for months, that would explain the sudden growth of the virus. If that is not the case we are in real trouble, as we are at maximum capacity right now."

This comes on the heels of Los Angles first responders being told, bring no one to the hospital that probably will not make it. If you cannot stabilize in the ambulance do not bring them in the doors. While this is scary, a city of 4 million not bringing people to emergency rooms. It is terrifying in the middle of America. Some areas having to take patients 2 or 3 counties to find a bed. Austin, Texas has been taking people as far away as Oklahoma to find beds.

Meanwhile the Governor of Ohio merely suggest ideas, while he legislates more pro-gun laws.

Armond Buddish sits...

This will be a wild ride.
