Lakewood Housing Market Getting Cooler

According to real estate transaction data aggregator Zillow, the Lakewood housing market has cooled considerably. Homes are sitting longer, and selling under asking prices.

Though I’m sure some will rush in and claim it’s the winter weather, other areas are still considered HOT. Why are we not?
