O'Leary Fails to Provide Records That Would Prove His "Prosecutor" Claims

Post by Brian Essi »

Bottom Lines:

1. Mr. O’Leary had the opportunity and legal obligation to respond to 9 public records requests regarding his campaign claim that he is somehow a “Prosecutor”.

2. Mr. O’Leary failed to produce any records that prove he is a “prosecutor”.

3. Despite having the opportunity to answer questions and defend his claim, he has failed to offer any explanation or statement to back up his claim that he is somehow a “prosecutor”.

Conclusions:

1. Mr. O'Leary failed to back up his claim that he is a prosecutor.
2. Given the startling lack of public records, it is reasonable to conclude that Mr. O'Leary' campaign claim is false and misleading.

In addition to the 6 records requests served and set forth in the post http://lakewoodobserver.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=7
I also served 4 addition public records requests on the Village of Bratenhal on October 2nd (see below). Mr. O’Leary produced a single record, but that record failed to prove that he served a prosecutor. Here it is:
