Clay depth in Lakewood

Post by todd vainisi »

Hey, does anyone out there know about how many feet of clay we have in Lakewood topsoil? I'm interested in the logistics of a dry well.

Depending on your location there is normally 4 to 5 feet of topsoil and clay below the surface, beneath the clay is shale. Detroit Ave. is an exception, being an ancient beach ridge, has all sand above the shale, depth varies.
