Is the Three Arches Foundation A Political Action Committee?

Just wondering.

There will be an election next year. Will the Foundations announce gifts and program funding just in time for the election? The people of Lakewood have no influence or control over the actions of the Foundations but I suspect that certain politicians will have a great deal to say , in private, at the secret meetings...

And after the elections?
