The LHS Community Fitness Center opened Jan 9. It’s almost 2 months now that it has been available to the city, the school board, and First Federal employees.
Could Christine Gordillo or someone from the schools update us on the current use of the facility?
How many paid memberships?
How many free memberships.
Daily usage - i.e., how many members are using the facility on a daily basis?

No surprise this question was ignored.
I’ve heard the place is pretty empty.
Since we paid for it, though, we are entitled to know how many paid members.
Why is everything such a secret?

Doesn't it follow that, since we paid for it, we should be able to use it! ...you know, kind of like the library we all voted for and paid the taxes to have built.
I wonder how many First Federal employees live in Lakewood and therefore paid taxes to help build the fitness center.
Amazing that those who helped build the place have to keep paying and paying and paying in order to use it!
Another example of the taxpayers getting screwed by the city/school board if you ask me.
