It seems the only way to restore law and order and right the wrongs the current Mayor and Council members have committed
against the people and City of Lakewood. Of course it would mean different Mayor and most of Council.

Would it ever be possible to rescind the Master Agreement?
The city administration made the intentional decision to violate the Ohio Sunshine Laws related to access to its public records.
They did so because they understood that the actual existing public records related to the transaction to close Lakewood Hospital would be used as evidence against the City in the Taxpayer Lawsuit and the Skindell Lawsuit brought against the City.
The city administration stonewalled on the release of public records until they were finally ordered by the court in another case to release them. The adequacy of that release of records is still the subject of litigation.
Had the city administration complied with the Ohio Sunshine Law, the actual public records would have substantially aided those plaintiffs who were trying to prevent and undo the Master Agreement.
Additionally, these actual public records would have supported complaints made to other governmental agencies about improprieties in the transaction to close the hospital.

It forever seems unreal that these devious men orchestrated the perfect plan to allegedly steal our hospital,land and money. Who is protecting them? How could they do it alone? Something smells fishy. I want our hospital,land and money to be returned to the people of Lakewood. I feel like I have been robbed. I feel like I have been cheated. BY THE OFFICIALS THAT WERE ELECTED BY TRUSTING CITIZENS. THE ACTIONS THAT WERE TAKEN BY OUR TRUSTED ELECTED OFFICIALS IS UNFORGIVABLE. WHY? BECAUSE THESE TRUSTED OFFICIALS COULD NOT BE SO STUPID THAT THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. SO WHAT DOES THAT LEAVE US WITH? ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER? WHAT WOULD DAVID ANDERSEN SAY?
