How could some tenants not see dirt, the grime, dust, filth, garbage, trash? How can they live in that condition? In the kitchen, the already full trash can has been sitting for 3 days, rotting food, a contractors bag of beer cans, a lingering feast for mice. You call me, I saw a mouse, and demand I fix it? ok, I'll evict your slimy ass.

No wonder you have mice, your kitchen counter top is filled with soiled dishes, pizza boxes, crumbs of chips and corn flakes on the floor. Your a pig, can I tell a tenant that bold face fact? can I?

Can I write their parents a letter, with photo's of the conditions in which they live and ask,
what the heck were doing when you were supposed to be raising kids, teaching them how to live and behave, you probably know less than them.

Well said Jack, try this, it works for me, Make it a part of your rental application, that you will visit the applicants at their residence, if you don't like what you see, take pictures, go home and write a letter explaining why they ere not approved.

Dear Arnold;

You were not approved because your a pigs, that's why, This is not "Green Acres" Move back into your parents basement.
