This afternoon there was a major water main break at the Carlyle Apartment complex rendering the building and all of it residents without water including drinking water.
Lakewood Fire Department always quick to respond to an emergency showed up to tend to the water main break, and went above and beyond the call of duty by delivering 66 cases of water to the residents.
Hopefully the water will be back on later tonight or tomorrow.
