Mike--- I love those signing day ceremonies. Any athlete or fan would. But, right below the surface, you ask anyone of those stellar athletes what was one of the major factors in their success and one of their answers has to be ---- the second and third stringers pushing me and just waiting to take my position!!!!!!!!
