The USPS, am I alone?

I receive a certain mail, monthly, from one particular sendee, always 10 days late. mailed from downtown Cleveland on January 1,st, I get it Jan. 10th. all the way from downtown to 11700 & Edgewater, 8,9, 10 days. I ask the manager at my postal zone, at W 65th & Lorain, and he said "First Class Postal Service" takes 3 to 9 days. what?

I mailed a package to Oberlin, it got there in 3 days. What? A friend lives on Edgewater and Cove, 12500 Edgewater, he mailed a greeting card to me, for my birthday, 43, 11720 Edgewater,1/8th of a mile, it took 7 days. what?

I get my neighbors mail, they probably get mine. I opened the miss-directed mail, if it's in my mailbox, it's mine. I I don't look at the name, at best, I GLANCE. my neighbors are into............shocking SURPRISES, can I sue ? lol
