Chairman of the For 64 PAC, Jay Carson's law partners and his client, Rick Uldricks were hammered in court this week.
1. A Motion to Dismiss the frivolous lawsuit claimed Uldricks was "a serial harasser of his opponents"--apparently political opponents of Issue 64.
2. The Build Lakewood Rebranded as Insiders for Fraud PAC Supporter Rick Uldricks was apparently afraid to testify in his own case for fear his testimony would become public, a witness to the court proceeding said. So Summers' former employee and campaign worker is the Plaintiff in a case but his Pro 64 lawyers did not want Uldricks to even show up to court for fear he might have to answer questions. Huh?
Carson's law partners told the Court that Uldricks feared the transcript would be out of the Deck. Huh?
This really shows the new low that Summers and Pro 64 Chairman Carson have stooped to.
Here is the Motion to Dismiss taken directly from the court docket filed October 5th

They are afraid of it getting on the Deck? Wait a minute:
1. I thought Summers and his Co. always complained about how much they hated the LO and the Deck. Why are they afraid of it getting on the Deck? "Huh" is right.
2. Does Carson not realize that any testimony given is public record and can be accessed easily? I believe they might even put it online now. What is the difference?
3. What is going to be said that they do not want to be made public?
