Proof That CCF/LHA Had A $673,136 Lobbying Budget!
From the 2014 990 that all non-profits are required to file AND includes the revenue of Lakewood Hospital (LHA) which was reported in the CCF group filing after 1998 when the Clinic absorbed the LHA. If someone has hard proof (not hearsay) that the LHA/CCF directly paid for lobbying efforts such as mailers or advertisement, that would be boss.

Jared,
Here it is: Proof positive that LHA gave the NO Build "PAC of LIES" $50,000 in public charitable money in 2015.

I believe Summers, Bullock and Madigan were on the LHA Board. It appears that Cindy Marx contributed too. Who sits on council now? John Litten, another member of the company! I don't believe I have ever seen so many crooks on one city council! Of course, we also have Antonio that supported their cause too! Who at the federal government level do these jokers know that keeps pulling the plug on the FTC complaint? Hmmmm. Something smells!

This just keeps getting better! Listed in the vendors is Great Lakes Strategies. I checked the LARA database for any "Great Lakes Strategies" and all I came up with was a dead site owned by a Matthew Golden. However, I did a lookup on the Ohio's SOS site and look what I found:

But wait! That's not all! Did a Google search of the address and this is what I get. So essentially $500 of money was funneled to Gable's family business.

I believe Great Lakes Strategies is an Ed Fitzgerald company.
It was listed as a vendor on the Veto64 campaign filing (with the wrong address BTW, as if they didn't know where it was)
GLS also was listed in Summers' campaign filings.
I think it is Ed'd "publishing and newspaper business." Which, of course, we know printed the PHONY newspaper mailed to every home before the election

The same names seem to persistently surface throughout this Hospital Scheme.

I discovered this back in February.

While Fitz! may have done most of the work regarding the supposed "newspaper", Butler put his name and business address on the company. Therefore, he appears to be just as involved.

Bridget... The Secretary of State lists the GLS as registered and incorporated by Kevin M. Butler and the plaque on the building at the listed address has a bunch of people with the last name Butler. Maybe he's a joint owner?

What evidence do we have that GLS printed the pro-hospital deal paper? I mean, surely the money listed in the filing would not preclude it but I don't see any printing services as vendors. GLS appears to be Gable's family law firm.

2401 Superior Viaduct is the Law Offices of Kevin M. Butler. It is his private law firm.
http://www.b-law.net/
There are two attorneys listed as working here: Kevin Butler and Geraldine Butler. It looks like Geraldine is either a sister or sister-in-law. She is four years older than Kevin and also lives here in Lakewood.
I think most of this was made public back in February under the Kevin Butler - Mystery man Behind Fitz's Fake Newspaper thread here:

Lori... apparently the address for GLS was changed again for the "Veto 64" campaign to 2100 East Maple Rd. #100 Birmingham, MI 48009. Essi posted a copy earlier in the thread.

I'm still not able to find any direct piece of evidence linking the money listed on the "Veto 64" doc with a newspaper but the fact that Butler's GLS apparently can translocate between states is enough for a Board of Elections investigation as you pointed out Lori.

That address is fictitious. There was at one time a Great Lakes Strategies located in Michigan. It is not connected to Fitz/Butler's biz. That Michigan company was acquired in a buyout many years ago. The company at the Birmingham address is NOT Great Lakes Strategies. I posted about it before.
It's boggles the mind why the campaign to Veto64 used that address when they CLEARLY knew the GLS they paid money to is located in Cleveland.

Re: Proof That CCF/LHA Had A $673,136 Lobbying Budget!
If anyone can find any tangible evidence that the address listed on the report was false (it would not surprise me), I suggest they file a complaint with both the local Board of Elections and the Ohio Elections Commission (not Ethics Committee, they are separate). Knowingly listing a false address would be highly illegal, I would imagine. There is a chance it would be covered-up, but it is still worth a complaint to get something on record.
