It appears it was part of the decanting plan and we know who the culprits are in this. Do we really still have the same ER? Can they really do everything they have done in the past? Do we have any actual documentation (not just words) to verify this?

I don't think we will ever see any actual documentation to back anything up. I meant real, tangible documentation, not alleged "data" pulled out of Summer's hind end! :lol:
