As I drove by late this afternoon, I have to pass by soiled mattresses, discarded toilets, dressers, rugs, recyclables in blue plastic bags, what a sight..
I'm not talking about a residential, obscure street, I'm talking about one of our most significant drives in Lakewood. How can this conduct be permitted? And the trash is put out on the tree lawns way before the law says you can put it out. Talk about "airing your dirty laundry".

This is in Lakewood, west of 117th St. not in Cleveland's Premier Neighborhood, Edgewater.
