Judge O'Donnell postponing lawsuit
Will that lawsuit ever get heard? Seems like the ball is rolling the wrong way.

Re: Judge O'Donnell postponing lawsuit
James, you may want to read my post here on the Deck that I wrote about a week or so ago. Scroll down the page and you will find it. It appears Mr. O'donnell is no stranger to trouble and corruption. Why he wasn't charged with the real estate case is a mystery to me. Perhaps we should ask Fitzgerald why. I have repeatedly told SLH that I felt they should request a new judge. They seem to think O'donnell is just fine. Why then was there no stay order put on the hospital until the case could be heard. If the judge claims that he has not had time to read through all the paper work from this case, then why did he let the deal proceed without knowing a damn thing about it? We will soon be coming up on a year since the law suit was filed. What do we have to show for it? A closed hospital.? If you ask me, I believe that the FBI should be investigating the city, council, county, CCF and various other characters.
