I just read Jenn Pae's op-Ed piece in the local tabloid.
The gist of her opinion that we need the wrecking ball is based upon a major flawed premise:
"You need to have good credit to get a loan" she says implying That debt free Lakewood Hospital can't' get a loan to improve its facilities.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The Definitive Agreement requires multi billion dollar net worth CCF to maintain a 1:1 cash to debt ratio which guarantees Lakewood Hospital's solvency and ability to borrow what it may need.
Per a public records request, the only support for Summers' THREAT of an "enormous " tax increase was Jenn Pae's tabloid op-Ed. That opinion was was based upon information provided by CCF. So Summers' campaign THREAT comes directly from CCF doctors Brian Donley and Toby Cosgrove.
Jay Carson''s hoax last week (alleging he, Pae and Summers supporters are Somehow VICTIMS) + Jenn Pae's opinion piece linked to CCF + Summers' campaign propaganda = proof of the inextricable link between CCF, BL, Carson and Summers.
Summers, Pae and Carson are wrong too and their misrepresentations of the facts--these misrepresentations will lead to higher risk of deaths in and around Lakewood.
