I agree with Brian, nice.

But it underlines another of Lakewood's greatest strengths, incubating new businesses. Something many seem to misunderstand. Because of our density we make a perfect petri dish for new businesses and to try new business models.

In theory, make here, make it anywhere.

Instead of the constant walk of the dead and unimaginative, demanding malls, offices and big box stores, the city should be working on ways to attract the true gifted visionaries on the new era. This constantly chasing and copying the lastest cool thing has got us where we are right now. Time to start thinking ahead and out of the box.
