Volume 5 Issue 4 is in, and online!

I would like to thank all that participate in the Observer Project.

I am pleased to say that two of our largest advertisers have signed
long term contracts, and this will allow the paper to change slightly
for the better we hope.

There is many small changes and many large ones that will be
announced over the coming weeks and months.

As always please excuse our dust!

Thank you again to all.

.

The front page layout looks really nice.
