I just noticed a new place over by Dewey's and the West End, used to be a bakery. I did not catch the name though, sorry.

Fuzion Martial Arts has fitness/kickboxing on Mon and Wed nights and Saturday mornings. $5 a class.

They are located at 15721 Madison Ave (just a few doors down from Goddess Blessed) (216)712-7200.

The Y also has a class. I think it's on Friday in the early evening.
