Eisel

Truly wanted to capture this one for eternity. Could come in handy during the election season.

One should practice what he preaches. Though some preaching seems to be nothing more than a moving target that suits the preacher as much as Jimmy Swaggert's words were practiced by that faux preacher.

I think it could be interesting as "civics teachers" use the Deck for civics lessons and people wonder of the impact of the Eisel family on the schools of Lakewood.

Haters?

Opinions were sought?

Eisel having input into a civic project does not mean everyone is going to say "Oh yeah marvelous".

Grown up that different opinions aren't about hate, they are about different opinions your remark and probably the "clicky" are in inappropriate and uncalled for.

And because there is no edit button the phrase should be "grown-ups know that. . .".

No sharon, in the neo-con Buddhist hand book, not agreeing is hate of such magnitude, he feels the NEED to post a song someone else did(how creative) calling everyone an ass.

Bush 101 - Don't agree, must be a hater.

Welcome to America.

Oh wait.   :) :D

Now it is OK.

I laugh everyday. I love laughing, so do most of my liberal friends. We have had to laugh through the last 8 years of dismal failures from Washington.

However it is nice to see you practice Observer 101, "Claim It."

I would rather take this out of this thread as Mary Ann had asked for feedback, and maybe students, would like to take part.

I do not consider your post, or anything that followed as constructive feedback for LakewoodAlive.

Are you a member of LA?

I am.

FWIW

No it does. Hence the need to take your ball and go home.

People, Lakewood tax payers have joined a discussion started by hard working Mary Ann Crampton. A positive act of reaching out to the community, and as a member? spokesperson? you have deicded it was more constructive to call people asses, and attack their judgement, because they simply do not believe what you believe.

This hater BS was started by NeoCons who could not answer truthfully for the constructive criticism of the worst president of all time and the hell he has brought on this country and world. Do not agree, call them a hater.

NOW I AM BEGGING YOU TO take this out of Mary Ann Crampton's very positive efforts to get civic engagement in her process.

My god man, it is not always about you.

Stephen

It is just that the thread drift in this very positive thread had gone about as far from topic as possible.

While you jumped in to say atta girl to Mary Ann, seconds later you were calling
people that disagreed asses.

For the sake of LakewoodAlive, and Mary Ann who often worries about discussion on the deck getting out of hand, that we could take it to another thread.

I applaud the work of LakewoodAlive when I agree, and ask questions when I do not.

As with this logo, had Mary Ann simply posted that the "funeral trolley" was being replaced with this, dare I say ever designer that had ever had to work with the funeral train would have been happy and supportive. That logo was a nightmare to deal with in ads, on shirts, etc.

I am glad that she has taken the discussion to the people, and am happy with some of the thoughts like - "blue is Cleveland's color" "burgandy is Rocky River's color" as we share boundries with them we should reach out and make our signs less confusing. I am sure she appreciates these comments, while our little disagreement over people being labeled as asses just because they do not like the sign, was probably driving her nuts.

Out of respect, we should remove those comments.
