See Indians vs. Tigers & Support Madison Park

The Friends of Madison Park will be selling six tickets to the September 20th Indians game against the Detroit Tigers as a silent auction item at our booth at the Lakewood Community Festival in Madison Park this Saturday. The tickets were donated by Vocon Architecture and are valued at $180 and bidding starts at $100. The high bid at the close of the festival (5p.m.) wins. It is a great opportunity to take the whole family to a game and support the Friends of Madison Park.

We will also be selling raffle tickets for an ipod donated by Larsen Architects. So stop by the Friends of Madison Park booth on Saturday. Proceeds from these and other fundraising events will go toward implementing the Madison Park Master Plan, including planting trees around the perimeter of the park, adding trails around the park, upgrading park furniture (benches, picnic tables, trash cans, and lighting), and eventually upgrading the Skate House in the park.
