I'm so glad you captured some of the fantastic artisans and groups I missed - I was very pressed for time myself. Did you by any chance catch the names of the various artists? I had a few that I photographed tht I couldn't remember what the booth name was but as luck would have it those pictures weren't very good anyway (i.e. someone walked in front of me just as I hit the shutter then one of my kids distracted me before I could reshoot). I'm glad that such a diversity of artists was captured as I was intentionally steering my 4yr old away from the most breakable-looking booths! Great that you were able to capture their talents instead.

No Sorry I did not get all the names of the artists....I found in shooting this festival..that I take so many shots that if I took the time to write down the name of every artist I would be there forever and also it takes so much time just to imput the shots that putting captions with the photo take even longer.

The Starry Night pictures took me forever to imput with all the names with the faces...Great night...though!!

Weclome aboard...I love your shots! Keep up the good work!

Nice captures Rhonda.

Yeah, the member center (and photoblog upload code and viewer code) is in desperate need of being revamped. It's way behind the times, web-wise...

My trick is to take a picture of the booth number/sign/business card right after taking pictures of their display. Nice that doing so with a digital camera doesn't result in not being able to take more pictures later or paying for the "information" shot like film. I've done this when I've photographed other kinds of things (concerts with multiple bands, for instance) so that I could keep straight who/what is whose.

Glad you like my shots, I find that I grow so much as a photographer when I intentionally spend time talking with other photographers instead of just shooting what I like. I hope you don't mind ongoing conversations :)

Yeah, the uploading is tedious compared to what I'm used to. I use Gallery2 on my websites -
http://www.digitaldreamsphotography.com (that one is in the middle of getting integrated into Drupal, the Drupal section isn't ready for public consumption yet so the gallery is looking a little odd with the theme elements turned off) Same software in a softer/prettier theme is at http://pictures.yeungs.us. It's open source/freeware and very well supported, I highly recommend it. I use an additional free tool called Gallery Remote to upload, which allows for drag-and-drop of images (an undocumented feature, you can drag and drop pictures from Photoshop's Organizer into it.
